It’s late. You’re in bed, and your phone is glowing in the dark. Another course. Another inspiration. Another method. Another way. Another woman who seems to have figured it out. You’re wondering if the answer may be in this next one. It’s always in the next one... just one more. Why is it never here now?

This is for the woman who can’t stop looking and is exhausted by the search.

Yes, I’m so tired of never arriving.

On paper, you’re doing fine. You’re capable. You’re good at what you do. You look like a woman who has it together or is on her way there.

And then it’s late, and you’re in bed, and you can’t stop.

You’ll tell anyone it’s your energy. Your confidence. Your timing. Or that you haven’t got it right yet. So you try to think more positively. You try to be a bit brighter. You try harder, and it doesn’t work, because it was never the issue.

Underneath it is something so much older, and maybe you never voiced it out loud. Maybe you have not even dared to look at it. That you’re not enough. That you’re not lovable as you are, without fixing or adjusting something or proving something first. So you don’t allow yourself to be seen.

You’re trying to be perfect and unacceptable at the same time. And you’re exhausted.

I was in a good place when things started crumbling. Vibrant. Inspired. Loving to give.

But I wasn’t coming from inspired service. I was treating myself like a servant. I didn’t even recognise the distinction. I didn’t see it. I didn’t know.

It’s a difference in your inner feeling, in how you see yourself. It’s an appreciation for the gift that is your life, and sharing the love of that with others, and taking care of yourself so your inner fountain keeps flowing.

I wasn’t taking care of the energy that makes my presence enjoyable for everyone else. I was mistreating myself, and never noticed.

I understand this because I’ve lived the exhausting version. I believed that if I wasn’t bright, loving and sweet all the time, I was failing. I tried to be more stalwart, to be less needy, to be the light for everyone, until exhaustion and burnout forced me to acknowledge the underlying grief, the fear, and the lack of rest and peace that had been there all along. I was still laughing through all of it. It all looked rosy, and it even felt rosy, because I was so oblivious. That’s what made it so sneaky.

I want you to know that I’m not speaking from above you. I’m standing here next to you. With you.

Self-acceptance and peace arise naturally when you’re willing to face what’s actually there.

If we don’t look at what we’re holding, it starts smelling. Much like arranging pretty flowers on a dungheap. It may look sweet, but it doesn’t smell so sweet.

Introducing The Mirror Sessions.

Six chapters, spoken by me, with a few simple practices to use wherever you are. Watch them, or listen to them, whenever you need. Bought once, yours to keep.

Receptive. Tender. Responding from inner knowing.

Yes, I’m so tired of never arriving.

You remember everything. What everyone likes, what everyone needs. You love making people feel special, but somehow, somewhere, you have forgotten to include yourself.

You’re with friends, and you notice that you may have pulled yourself in a little. Contracted. Your stomach feels a bit tight, your shoulders are somewhat tense.

You’re laughing. You look fine. Everything appears bright, yet something inside you feels worn, tired.

Late at night, phone glowing in the dark, you’re thinking: maybe just one more. This could be the one. Why is it never here now?

You’re with friends, and you notice your stomach is soft. Your shoulders have dropped. You feel relaxed, you feel like yourself. Natural.

You’re laughing, and it comes from your core.

Late at night, the phone may still be glowing. You may be watching a film, or working on your own website, slowly, in your own way. The pressure is gone. Your face is open, with a hint of a smile. Your hands are relaxed. Your breath is easy.

Nothing is perfect, and you’re here. Completely.

Inside The Mirror Sessions

Before Chapter One, a short video from me, so you know how to use all this. One chapter at a time, in the order they come. Watch one twice if you like. And with every chapter there’s a page to write on, only for you to see.

Chapter One

Addicted to Anticipation

You’re in bed, your phone is glowing, and you’re looking for the next thing. In this chapter I voice out loud what’s underlying all the searching. It’s the nagging feeling of being almost there, and it is never about arriving.

You leave with an awareness of the pattern, and one question to write down for yourself.

Chapter Two

Diamonds in the Dark

We can mistakenly believe that what we keep secret in the dark is negative. Often it’s just hidden, and it takes a great deal of energy to build a fortress around it to keep it unknown. I share what I was covering up, and you take a first honest look at your secrets, privately, on paper.

You leave with sentences that you start to reveal to yourself, knowing it was never about the secret, or that what’s in the dark is bad.

Chapter Three

Servant, Not Service

I tell you how I came to treat myself as a servant, and what I learned is the difference. Together we will notice where in your body you feel contracted, and then allow that to soften. You leave with a short practice that you can use anywhere, and with an awareness to stop proving to life that you’re allowed to be here.

Chapter Four

Seeing Yourself as You Really Are

Your awareness and focus is everywhere outside of yourself: what everyone else is thinking and believing, what definitely needs to happen next, and how other people are behaving or misbehaving. In this chapter we turn your attention around. I look in the mirror with you, and together we notice who’s there.

You leave with a clearer sense of what you know about yourself, without waiting for anyone else to say it is so.

Chapter Five

When to Do and When to Just Be

There’s a time to act and a time to let go, and the difference is what is really driving you. I will share what I have learned about putting down the heavy baggage of expectations, and we try one simple question you can ask yourself at any time. You leave knowing how to keep moving forward without the burden of carrying it all.

Chapter Six

Heaven Is a State of Being

The sacred may at times feel quiet and simple. It may be watching a movie, sipping a hot cup of tea, a relaxed tummy that isn’t pulled in. Maybe it ebbs and flows so that you can keep returning to it. You leave with a place to come back to when the familiar pattern starts again.

Yes, I’m so tired of never arriving.

Yes, I’m so tired of never arriving.

No one has been through The Mirror Sessions yet. You will be one of the first.

This is why the price is €147. It’s a founding price for a reason, as it reflects where I am right now: at the beginning, with six chapters inspired and created from my own life experience, and what I have learned from other women in my work over the years.

I will be opening the doors in December. Your presence here will be an important part in how this evolves. When the first women have been through it, the price will go up accordingly.

I’ve tried things like this before, and nothing has worked for me.

I’m not going to promise you that this isn’t just the next thing. It could be. I know the feeling all too well. What I can tell you is that it will end. There are six chapters in total, and none of them requires perfection.

I’m not sure if this is for me right now.

You don’t need to be. Certainty comes while walking a path, not before it.

I don’t have the time.

Watch or listen to it, you may choose either, one chapter at a time, in whatever pocket of the day you have available. Return to any of them whenever you need.

I’m not spiritual. I’m not sure I believe in any of this.

Then you’re very welcome here. Where I say Infinite, you can say love, or life, nature, or nothing at all. Nothing in these chapters is asking you to believe anything. They only ask you to notice.

Can I have a refund?

Not for this. You can choose to watch and to listen to everything here immediately, so all of the material is available for you the minute you purchase.

You’ve been searching for a long time. You can stop the search now.

The Mirror Sessions opens in December. €147, a founding price.
